Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, invoices and the supply of research chemicals by HK Peptides Worldwide LLC (“we”, “us”) to business customers, institutions and qualified individual researchers. They apply unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Where a separate written agreement has been signed, that agreement prevails.

1. Eligibility
All buyers must satisfy the eligibility requirements in Compliance & Buyer Eligibility: products are supplied for lawful laboratory research only, individual buyers must be at least 21 years old, and buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchase, import and possession are lawful in their jurisdiction.
2. Quotations and Orders
- Our catalogue describes products and specifications; prices are provided on quotation unless shown on the site, and are confirmed in the invoice issued to you.
- An order is placed by confirming a quotation or invoice in writing (email or messaging). A contract forms when we confirm acceptance and receive payment (or approve the agreed payment terms in writing).
- Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Where no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 14 days from issue, as material and logistics costs may change.
- Changes requested after confirmation — quantity, configuration, labelling, destination — may affect price and lead time and require our written agreement.
3. Payment
- Accepted payment methods are those stated on our payment information page and confirmed by your sales representative for the specific order. Payment details are issued by our team; always confirm payment details with us before sending funds and never send payment to details that differ from those we issue.
- Orders are processed after payment is verified. Where we approve payment terms for an institutional account, the agreed terms appear on the invoice.
- Buyers are responsible for any bank, transfer, network or currency-conversion fees charged by their own provider.
- Payment methods are available to eligible adult customers only (21+).
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed through our distribution operations and shipped to the destination confirmed on the invoice. Shipping method, cost and any insurance are stated in the quotation or invoice.
- Title and risk pass to the buyer in accordance with the shipping arrangement confirmed for the order and applicable law.
- Buyers are the importer of record for their jurisdiction and are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any permit required. We do not falsify customs declarations, product descriptions or invoice values.
- Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and depend on stock, handling, carrier performance and customs procedures.
5. Inspection and Claims
Inspect shipments on arrival. Claims for short shipment, incorrect item or visible transit damage must be notified to us within 30 days of delivery, with photographs, the order reference and the lot number, so that we can investigate with the carrier and against our lot records. Confirmed short shipments, incorrect items and transit damage are replaced or refunded. See Refund & Returns for the full process.
6. Returns
Returns require prior written authorisation. In general:

Returned goods must be authorised in advance and shipped in accordance with our instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any customs documentation where goods cross a border.
7. Quality, Warranty and Documentation
- Products are supplied with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering the analytical parameters published for that product. See Quality & Testing.
- We warrant that products conform to their stated specification and to the COA at the time of shipment, within their stated shelf life when stored as directed.
- Where a confirmed non-conformity falls within this warranty, we will replace or refund the affected material. The warranty does not cover material that has been stored, handled or used contrary to the product documentation, or used outside its intended laboratory research purpose.
- We are not the manufacturer of every item in the catalogue in all cases; where a product is sourced from a manufacturing partner, the batch COA applies.
8. Intended Use Obligations
Buyers must comply with the Research Use Only Statement. Products must not be administered to humans or animals, used for diagnosis or treatment, resold as medicines or supplements, or relabelled in a way that misstates their identity, purity or intended use. Breach of this section is a material breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on hkpeptides.net — product descriptions, technical and mechanism summaries, articles, analytical methods and educational materials — is our intellectual property or used with permission. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside its intended laboratory research purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, war, civil disruption, strikes, government action, export or import restrictions, or interruption of transport, banking, power or materials supply.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date below, governs orders placed after it is published.
