How to pay for an order with HK Peptides Worldwide: invoice-based payment, accepted methods, payment verification and confirming correct payment details.

Payment

Orders are invoice-based: once your order is confirmed, your sales representative issues an invoice with the amount due and the payment details for that order. Nothing is shipped until payment is verified.

Always confirm payment details with us before sending funds. We issue payment details directly from our team by email or WhatsApp. Never send payment to details that differ from those we issue to you, and contact us first if anything about a payment request looks unusual. See our Terms & Conditions section 3.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

For approved customers we currently accept:

  • Bank transfer (including Chime transfers where applicable);
  • Digital assets / crypto — with BTC recommended for reliability and settlement speed.

Your sales representative will share the correct details for your order and confirm once the transaction has been received and verified.

2. Order Confirmation

After payment is verified we will:

  1. confirm your order in writing;
  2. begin processing the shipment;
  3. provide tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

Our team maintains consistent communication at each stage, so you always know the status of your order.

3. Eligibility and Verification

  • Payment methods are available to eligible adult customers only (21+).
  • We may ask for information needed to verify eligibility and intended use before accepting an order — see Compliance & Buyer Eligibility.
  • All orders are for laboratory research use only — see the Research Use Only Statement. Orders that appear to be for human consumption, resale as a medicine, or any non-research purpose will be declined or cancelled.

4. Fees, Taxes and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any bank, transfer, network or currency-conversion fees charged by their own provider, and for import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country. We do not falsify customs declarations, product descriptions or invoice values.

5. Invoices, Receipts and Documentation

Every order is accompanied by an invoice, a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis and shipping documentation. Institutions requiring a specific invoice format, purchase-order reference or additional documentation should tell us at the time of enquiry.
