Compliance & Buyer Eligibility

We supply research chemicals to businesses, institutions, laboratories and qualified researchers for lawful laboratory research. Individual buyers must be at least 21 years old. By ordering, you confirm that your purchase and the product’s use are lawful in your jurisdiction.

1. Who May Purchase

Institutions and companies — research organisations, laboratories, universities, CROs and businesses purchasing for legitimate research or development use;
Qualified researchers — individuals with the training, facilities and authorisation to handle research chemicals;
Individual buyers — must be 21 years or older and legally permitted to purchase and possess the material in their jurisdiction.

We may ask for details that allow us to verify eligibility, including your intended research purpose and destination.

2. Buyer Representations and Warranties

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

you are authorised to purchase on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and the information you give us is accurate;
products are acquired solely for lawful laboratory research and not for human or animal use, diagnosis, treatment, cosmetic or dietary use;
you hold any licence, permit, institutional approval or import authorisation required in your jurisdiction to purchase, import, store, use and dispose of the material;
you will not resell, redistribute or relabel products as a medicine, supplement, cosmetic or food, or as “pharmaceutical grade”, and will not misstate their identity, purity or intended use;
you will comply with all applicable laws, including import controls, chemical-handling regulations and waste-disposal requirements.

3. Regulatory Position of Research Chemicals

Research chemicals are not approved medicines. Products offered by HK Peptides Worldwide LLC:

have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulator for human or veterinary use;
are not compounded, dispensed or sold as prescription medicines, and we do not act as a pharmacy or dispensing practitioner;
may nonetheless be regulated, restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions when intended for human use — including peptides that are prescription-only medicines in the United States or elsewhere.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether purchasing, importing or possessing a given compound is lawful where they are. If you are unsure, do not order before taking appropriate advice.

4. Compounds Requiring Extra Care

Several categories in our catalogue warrant particular attention, because they are prescription-only, controlled or otherwise restricted in many jurisdictions — including the United States:

GLP-1, GIP and incretin analogues — e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, cagrilintide;
Growth-hormone axis materials — e.g. HGH, tesamorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, GHRP-2/6;
Other prescription-only or controlled peptides — including compounds scheduled under U.S. federal or state law, or subject to import restrictions.

We supply these only as research materials to eligible buyers, subject to the representations above, and we may require additional information before accepting an order.

5. Destination Restrictions and Import

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, permits and customs clearance. We do not falsify customs declarations, product descriptions or invoice values. Where a shipment is refused, detained or destroyed by customs because the buyer lacked a required permit, or because import was prohibited, the loss is the buyer’s responsibility.

We may decline or cancel orders to destinations where supply would breach export controls, sanctions, carrier policy or local law.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping

Every order is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, invoice and packing details. We keep order and analytical records for the material we supply. Institutions requiring additional documentation — full analytical dossiers, technical data sheets or institutional invoicing — should request it at the time of enquiry.

7. Order Refusal, Cancellation and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline an order, cancel a shipment or terminate an account where we have reason to believe that:

products will be used outside lawful laboratory research — including any indication of human consumption;
the buyer has misrepresented their identity, eligibility, intended use or destination;
products are intended for resale as a medicine, supplement or cosmetic, or under documentation that misstates their identity or purity;
the order would breach export controls, sanctions, import restrictions or carrier policy.

Where we suspect products are being resold under false documentation or mislabelled as pharmaceutical grade, we will terminate the relationship and may report the matter to the relevant authorities. This mirrors the termination provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of anyone using, reselling or promoting our products for human consumption, as a medicine, or in any way inconsistent with our Research Use Only Statement, please tell us. Reports can be sent in confidence to [email protected].
