Quality & Testing
Every order ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). This page explains what we test and — just as importantly — what our documentation does not claim. Our products are research chemicals: they are not medicines, and a COA is an analytical record, not a regulatory approval.
1. Standard Testing

Additional or product-specific analytics — for example LC-MS confirmation, residual solvent analysis, endotoxin testing and bioburden assessment on applicable compounds — may be arranged where a protocol requires it. Ask at the time of enquiry so it can be scheduled with the batch.
2. Batch-Specific COA
The COA supplied with your order is issued for the batch you receive — not a generic template. It identifies the compound, the lot number, the quantity, the analytical methods used, the results obtained and the recommended storage conditions, so the document in your records corresponds to the material you hold.
Where a product page lists a specification (molecular weight, CAS number, sequence, purity), the COA for your batch is the authoritative record for the material supplied. If a figure differs between the website and your COA, the COA prevails.
3. What Our Documentation Does Not Claim
To avoid any misunderstanding:
- our products are not manufactured as approved pharmaceutical products, and we do not claim GMP certification, “pharmaceutical grade”, pharmacy compounding status or a drug licence for the materials we sell;
- the COA is an analytical record of the research material — it is not a regulatory approval, and it does not authorise human or veterinary use;
- we make no claim that any product is safe, effective or lawful for human or veterinary use, at any dose or by any route;
- purity and identity results describe the material supplied. They are not a statement about biological activity, clinical performance or suitability for any research model.

4. Storage and Handling (Laboratory)
- Lyophilized peptides — store at 2–8 °C, desiccated and protected from light; typical stability is 12–24 months depending on the compound;
- Reconstituted material (laboratory use) — aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles;
- Light-sensitive compounds — for example GHK-Cu, which is photolabile; protect from direct light during storage;
- Cryogenic storage (−80 °C) — recommended for long-term archival storage of reconstituted material.
Batch-specific storage conditions on the COA prevail. Storage, handling and disposal must be carried out by qualified personnel under your institution’s safety protocols.
5. Verifying Our Documentation
We encourage buyers to verify rather than take our word for it:
- check that the COA lot number matches the vials received;
- confirm the tested parameters cover what your protocol requires;
- request the underlying chromatograms or spectra if your use case needs them;
- request additional testing before ordering if your protocol has specific requirements.
